Debbie combines award-winning talent with a passion for Scotland's finest ingredients to create bold, unforgettable private dining experiences. With nearly 20 years in hospitality, she trained at Fife College and worked at prestigious kitchens including The Three Chimneys on the Isle of Skye.
She spent a decade as a professional cookery lecturer, mentoring future chefs through competitions such as Springboard and ScotHot - where she won a gold medal in the modern seafood category. She has featured on TV competing against top chefs and, in 2016, cooked for the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh during their tour of Dundee.
D.R Private Dining was launched in 2021 after years of planning, offering a truly bespoke and personal dining experience for those who appreciate outstanding cuisine.
